Vaser Liposuction in Minneapolis and St. Paul MN

Overview | Vaser Lipo | Laser Lipo | Aquashape Lipo | Tumescent Anesthesia

Introduction | Vaser Procedure | Vasor FAQ | Before & After Photos

Vaser lipo system uses small probes to deliver a minimal level of ultrasonic vibrating energy to target the patient’s fatty tissues under the local anesthesia. When the patient’s fatty tissue comes in contact with the ultrasonic energy emitting from the probes, the fat cells will dislodge from their supporting tissues and essentially melt away. With proper surgical technique, this process does not generate heat.

Once the fatty tissue is liquified, they can be removed with less damage to body tissues. Unlike traditional liposuction, which uses suctions to remove fat and could damage surrounding tissue, the Vaser system is designed to efficiently remove the fatty fluids while preserving the tissue matrix. The layer of fat is first infused with tumescent fluid before the fat cells are broken apart and liquified into the infusion fluid by the high frequency vibration of the ultrasonic probes. Then, the liquified fat is removed, and the preserved tissue is remodeled and revascularized to promote skin retraction.
